Hello, I’m Ashley!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 122302) located in West Los Angeles. Through a foundation of collaboration, compassion and trust, I hope to empower adults, children and families in cultivating awareness around emotions, strengthening interpersonal communication skills, and building coping mechanisms for healthy self-regulation.

I offer a multidimensional approach to working with adults, children and their families. As an Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) enthusiast who studied under Dr. Daniel Siegel at the Mindsight Institute, I work from a relational framework of mindfulness, neuroscience awareness, and integration. As a play therapist trained by The Play Therapy Training Institute under Dr. Heidi Kaduson, I utilize interventions of play and creativity as the pathway to healing when working with children. Additionally, I am trained in several Evidenced-Based modalities such as Brain Spotting, and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am passionate about assisting individuals and families in gaining a deeper understanding of relationships, attuning to each member’s unique needs, and developing a safe space for growth and belonging.

With a background in early-childcare and education, I also offer parenting coaching services and specialize in working with kids aged zero to five. I am a fervent advocate for early intervention and care, and my approach to supporting parents is one of connection, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and authenticity. I believe unconditional love demonstrated through caregiver attunement and a strong attachment can help build resilience and courage in children to help navigate this world.

My passion for working with children began at the University of California, Los Angeles where I studied Applied Developmental Psychology and graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude honors. To further my studies of attachment and early childcare and intervention I obtained my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California.
